Senior Accountant, Revenue (Remote Role)

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Manage and perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting processes.
• Partner with billing and clinical teams to ensure accurate revenue cycle accounting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Maintain internal controls and support audit preparation (internal and external).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, billing, and clinical teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support ad hoc financial projects and special analysis as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred) and Excel.
