Overview
Vaco by Highspring is recruiting for a Billing Specialist near Kearny. Candidates must have an understanding of AIA Billing. The company offers career growth and benefits.
Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- The Billing Specialist will follow up on past due invoices
- Applying payments to proper invoices
- The Billing Specialist will resolve disputes
- AIA Billing including performing forms G702, and G703
- Creating invoices
- Billing Specialist will assist with account reconciliations
- The Billing Specialist will maintain customer relations/accounts
- MUST have AIA billing
- Multiple years with AR and/or construction or related industry experience preferred
- Sage 100 preferred
- Entry level
