We are seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team! This role is essential in managing billing processes and ensuring accurate financial transactions. Your contributions will directly support our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process invoices for services rendered in a timely manner.
  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to billing and financial records including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
  • Collaborate with project managers to verify service details for accurate billing.
  • Assist in resolving any billing discrepancies or client inquiries promptly.
  • Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and reports.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
  • Assist with collections of delinquent accounts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in billing or accounts payable roles is required.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Textura, Procore, Smartsheet, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
