Join our client's - an industry leader in manufacturing solutions for telecommunications, renewable energy, transportation, defense and others - dedicated Switchgear team as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of electrical distribution equipment projects, including panel boards and switchboards.

This full‑time, in‑office opportunity offers a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the quality, safety, and efficiency of vital electrical systems.

You will work closely with customers, engineering, and production teams to streamline project workflows, monitor progress, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. • Manage projects from concept through engineering and production phases to final shipment
• Work directly with customers ensuring all information is received for project deliverables and sales‑related topics
• Review customer‑provided engineering drawings and concept drawings for technical input
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and customers on project status and updates
• Monitor production capacity constraints and alert necessary team members to issues.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and manufacturing engineering to continuously improve scheduling and planning processes
• Manage budgetary reviews and document overages on active and closed projects
• Participate in weekly production and scheduling meetings
• Partner with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety committee to ensure and maintain compliance with safety operational, and regulatory standards

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2-5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in electrical equipment manufacturing or electrical contracting
• Strong ability to read and interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings and RFQ documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Smartsheet, and SAP
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, high‑volume project environments
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules

• Knowledge of electrical distribution equipment standards and safety regulations
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including quality, engineering, and manufacturing
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and operational compliance standards

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2-5 years of relevant project management experience in electrical or manufacturing industries

• This position is fully onsite; remote work is not available
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with sales, engineering, production, and quality teams
• Willingness to actively participate in safety and quality committees
