• Plan, organize, and direct resident activity programs, including diversified programming for various cognitive levels (e.g., Wii competitions, bingo, coffee carts).
• Assist in planning and promoting recreation based on individualized needs and encourage participation and engagement.
• Visit bed‑bound residents and non‑participants and provide appropriate recreation services.
• Assist with the daily radio program, monthly newsletter, and recreation calendar.
• Assist with volunteer program set‑up, admission assessments, clinical responsibilities, and community interaction programs.
• Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes each individual’s needs and rights.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and certification in accordance with regulatory agencies governing the center.
• Full command of the English language.
• Excellent multi‑tasking and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact well with residents, staff, and the public.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
