Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr - $31.00/hr

Actual hourly rate will be equal to or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associate focuses on unloading trucks, stocking new freight, and spending most time in the backroom. Must lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
• Use safe lifting techniques for heavy items.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as required.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart safety policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift >50 lbs. and operate heavy machinery.
• Prior retail or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
