We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and building long-term client relationships. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and introducing our broad range of services to new clients in various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets in need of moving and relocation services.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote All Season Movers' services, including household, commercial, and hospitality solutions, to potential clients.
- Develop and deliver custom proposals and quotes for clients based on their needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Regularly attend networking events and industry trade shows to represent the company and build new leads.
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the moving, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfortable with a draw against commission pay structure, driven by results.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present customized solutions.
