Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Employment Type: Full‑time
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate recovery and tender of freight at local airports.
- Break down freight when it returns to office.
- Monitor drivers to ensure customer pickup and delivery expectations are met.
- Assist in preparation of packaging materials and cold‑chain supplies for client pick up.
- Maintain cold chain for shipments arriving at airports and those held in office awaiting instructions.
- Monitor clearance status and enter updated notes for Customer Service and origin offices.
- Ensure freight is recovered promptly and that special delivery and pickup instructions are communicated to drivers.
- Ensure all company and regulatory policies and standard operational procedures are followed.
- Respond to and action personal and group email accounts in a timely manner.
- Monitor “On‑Hold” shipments for export and/or delivery approval.
- Update the Outbound Flight Monitor.
- Proficiency in Cold Chain Management, including:
- Gel pack/packaging preparation
- Gel pack/packaging refurbishment
- Gel pack/packaging configuration
- Assist leadership team members in daily functions and activities.
- Maintain individual training records, certificates, and qualifications and complete tests by due date.
- Ensure proper storage of shipments at airlines and office.
- Report all complaints, concerns and issues to management immediately.
- Work overtime as necessary.
- Perform related or other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED; 2–3 years of related experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team‑orientation with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency.
- Ability to safely lift packages up to 75 lb.
- Professional demeanor.
- Flexible schedule, including afternoon/evening, weekends, and occasional overtime.
- Multi‑task ability.
- Office and warehouse setting, depending on daily requirements.
- Temporary entry into walk‑in refrigeration and freezer units (thermal apparel provided).
- Temporary work inside a truck when loading and offloading freight.

Salary RangeNational average range: $43,700 – $62,480 (may vary by location).
