Are you looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students? Franklin Elementary School is seeking Classroom Assistants to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for those entering the education field, or with experience, offering space to work at the heart of the classroom, providing the targeted support that helps students thrive during their most formative years.
Key Responsibilities- Targeted Support: Assisting teachers and students to improve academic achievement in a variety of school settings.
- Student Empowerment: Working directly with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and foundational skills.
- Foundational Success: Providing the extra boost students need to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
- Education: Associate's degree, two years of college (approx. 48 credits), or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Working with school aged children is preferred.
