Role Purpose
Perform a range of technical duties, including experimental procedures, data collection and analysis, and manufacturing process improvement. Work with design engineers to assess manufacturability and support programming of new parts on manufacturing equipment.
- Understand equipment used in key manufacturing processes and interpret process data to solve problems
- Work with design engineers to review technical drawings for manufacturability and provide guidance as needed
- Create manufacturing methods and job specifications for parts based on knowledge of key processes
- ate with cross‑functional teams focused on product innovation and cost‑reduction initiatives
- Guide front‑line production workforce and technical teams to comply with safety, health, and regulatory standards
- Associate degree or strong math/science background; preferred experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints/drawings
- 3+ years’ experience as a machine shop programmer or engineering technician
- Background in machine shop operations that supports equipment and process understanding
- 5–7 years’ experience as a machine shop programmer or engineering technician
- Experience in part design, drawings, and models
- B.S. in a technical field
- Project management skills, lean fundamentals, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, PEx tools

Salary range: $67,565.00 – $92,902.00 (full‑time, depending on experience, location, and other factors).
