Job Details:

• Coordinate total nursing care for adult-geriatric patient population

• Participate in patient and family teaching

• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and patient care team

• Must be willing to float to Thompson Unit as needed

• Float to Kingsbury for custodial patients as needed (higher patient ratio, lower acuity)

• Every other weekend and holidays required if needed

• No on-call responsibilities

• 2+ years Med Surg experience required

• EPIC EMR experience required

• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA)

• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license required

• Must provide traveler-supplied professional scrubs with no logos

• Must have own vehicle for transportation

• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility

• All medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance

• Scheduling requests must be made at time of submission - no accommodation requests accepted

• 48-hour guarantee not available for this position

Adex Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
