Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC diamond turning machines to support production goals.
• Interpret engineering drawings and follow standardized work instructions and lean manufacturing processes.
• Use metrology tools to inspect and verify that optical components meet exacting specifications.
• Perform manual cleaning of optical surfaces using appropriate solvents and materials.
• Collect and analyze production data using basic math and statistical tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

What You'll Bring
Must-Have

Qualifications:

• U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation
• 5+ years of experience in machining or CNC production environments
• Proficiency in CNC equipment setup and operation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in machining or CNC production environments
• Experience with precision measurements on optical or mechanical components

Working Conditions

• May involve lifting or moving items up to 40 lbs.
• Exposure to chemicals and solvents; safety glasses and gloves are required.
• Standing for extended periods and working in a production environment.
