Day Shift

Schedule: Monday
- Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00 per hour.

Perform a wide range of inventory control operations on a variety of products. Performing with the established process sheets, prints, engineering specifications and work instructions

• Maintain accurate inventories through diligent performance of inventory transactions, and verification of transactions.
• Issue components to assembly to satisfy daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, maintaining required records of issuances and other appropriate documents.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Work with Trade sphere to ensure all products that require licenses have all the correct documentation.
• Ship product within the correct shipping window.
• Properly close out shipping each day and have shipping companies verify count, sign, and date paperwork.
• Responsible for receipt of all Fed Ex, UPS, and other third-party deliveries.
• Responsible for receipt of raw material deliveries.
• Verify packing slip vs. PO, receive into system, and deliver to internal area/customer.
• Maintain necessary records and ensure that documentation procedures are followed.
• Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to a leader.
• This individual may generate and/or handle regulated (i.e. hazardous/non-hazardous) waste as part of this job. This must be disposed of in accordance with federal/state regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand prints, process sheets, and engineering specifications.
• Basic mathematical and mechanical skills are required.
• Basic computer interface skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and coordinate work activities to be efficient and productive is required.
• Strong ability to follow written and prescribed work instructions/procedures and tasks.
• Strong ability to read and interpret specifications, acceptance criteria, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to work independently and in a team along with solid training and mentoring skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Situational/Spatial awareness along with strict adherence to PPE/safety protocols is required.
• Forklift certification
  - Preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP
  - Preferred.
