Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local contract assignment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care, support residents' health and well-being, and work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately.
  • Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and changes in health status.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices.
  • Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Requirements
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license required.
  • Current BLS Certification preferred.
  • Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
