Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Keene, NH | Acute Care

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across all aspects of an all-in-one L&D unit, including labor, delivery, postpartum, mother/baby, nursery, and newborn resuscitation
• Deliver individualized nursing care to patients from infancy through adulthood, applying knowledge of age-related growth and development
• Adhere to established nursing philosophy, objectives, standards of care, and standards of practice
• Support a low-intervention, midwife-led care model that emphasizes patient empowerment while maintaining access to a full range of medical resources as needed
• Maintain compliance with all facility and unit-specific documentation and care protocols using Epic EMR

• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Postpartum and mother/baby care experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Proficiency across all L&D specialties required; this is an all-in-one unit
• Candidate must have personal reliable transportation
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• AWHONN Certification obtained within the past 3 years
• Experience in a regional referral or full-service L&D environment

• Work in a well-resourced regional medical center located in the heart of southwestern New Hampshire, offering access to outstanding outdoor recreation including hiking, covered bridges, and scenic New England landscapes
• Gain broad clinical experience in a dynamic all-in-one L&D unit that spans the full spectrum of labor, delivery, and newborn care
