Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care

• - Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision
• - Administer medications and treatments per orders, and document responses
• - Monitor vital signs, perform routine assessments, and report changes to the care team
• - Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• - Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, residents, and families; respond to call lights promptly
• - Maintain safety, infection control, and standard precautions; assist with activities of daily living as needed

• - Current LPN license in good standing
• - Ability to work night shifts and participate in a travel assignment
• - Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
