American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring NH or compact RN licensure and EPIC experience.

• Work on the Medical Surgical unit (Farnum Unit) of a regional referral medical center
• Adult-geriatric patient population
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend required, with holidays as needed
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required
• Uses Epic EMR

• Active NH or Compact RN license
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must have own vehicle
• Skills checklist for Medical Surgical specialty required, current within 1 year
• One supervisory signed reference required, from within the past two years of employment

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric Med/Surg patients
• Traveler must provide own professional scrubs with no logos
• Shift accommodation requests, including block scheduling, will not be considered for this position
• 48-hour guaranteed shifts are not available for this assignment
• All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission; requests made after offer may not be approved
• Maximum of 5 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
