Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

Comparion Insurance Agency is looking for an Insurance Agent in our Concord, NH office and surrounding locations. This is not a remote position.

• Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
• Typical first‑year total compensation ranges from $55k to $75k (base + bonuses + uncapped commissions)
• Top performers can earn over $100k in their first year

• Build and leverage a strong local network and in‑person relationships within the community
• Connect community members with insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life products)
• Develop and close new business opportunities while providing ongoing service to existing clients
• Support sales through mentoring, training, and lead generation

Preferred Experience:

• Previous sales experience, successfully turning prospects into customers
• State insurance license or willingness to obtain one in Property & Casualty and Life

Required Skills:

• Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
• Experience growing leads and customer base

• Uncapped pay (base salary + bonuses + renewal commissions)
