Cloud bookkeeper
Proactive Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a well-established practice in Cross hills, who are looking to appoint a Cloud Bookkeeper to join their growing team.
The desired candidate will have responsibility for maintaining a varied portfolio of small businesses within their growing department, along with assisting the senior team with accounts preparation.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am 5:00pm.
Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Managing a small portfolio of clients taking responsibility for the inflow and processing of information through cloud accounting software
- Liaising with clients as and when necessary, by phone and email
- Submission of VAT returns
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise own workload and keep to deadlines
- Assisting senior accountants of the practice with processing of entries up to trial balance, along with potential production of management accounts and other accounting matters as directed
- We are looking for a team player with a willingness to assist and keen attention to detail.
