Job Opportunity – Inbound Call Centre Agent
We are currently recruiting for an Inbound Call Centre Agent to join our client's team based in Keighley.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach. The role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate following a successful 12-week qualifying period.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Responding to customer enquiries and providing accurate information.
* Resolving queries efficiently and escalating issues where necessary.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
* Working effectively as part of a team to meet service standards.
The Ideal Candidate
* Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
* A professional, patient and customer-focused approach.
* Good IT skills and the ability to accurately record information.
* The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
* Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
* Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends on a rotating 4-on, 4-off basis.
* Previous call centre or customer service experience would be advantageous.
What We Offer
* £13.48 per hour.
* Consistent night shifts from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
* A rotating 4-on, 4-off shift pattern.
