Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant ready to support Key Stage 1 pupils to thrive? Academics are looking for dedicated professionals to join supportive schools in Keighley, helping children with a wide range of special educational needs.

• Support 1:1 and small groups of KS1 pupils with SEN.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Encourage confidence, independence, and positive social skills.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies.
• Provide personal care and wellbeing support when needed.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals.

• Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in any of these areas: SPLD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH, SLCN, HI, VI, MSI, PD, ASD.
• Patience, empathy, and resilience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Level 2/3 Education qualification (preferred but not essential).
