• As a valued member of the school team, your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering planned lessons and covering classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Providing high-quality classroom support across KS1 and KS2
• Leading targeted interventions for individuals and small groups
• Supporting lesson planning, preparation, and assessment
• Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Supporting pupils with additional needs to ensure an inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification - essential
• Proven experience working across primary year groups
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Confidence leading whole-class learning
• Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
• A positive, proactive, and professional approach
