• As a valued member of the classroom support team, your responsibilities will include:
• Providing effective classroom support under the direction of the class teacher
• Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
• Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Supporting lesson preparation and engaging learning activities
• Assisting pupils with additional needs to ensure an inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals

• To be considered for this role, you will need:
• A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) - essential
• Experience supporting primary-aged pupils in a school or childcare setting
• A good understanding of the primary curriculum and learning support strategies
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
• A caring, positive, and proactive approach to supporting children's success
