Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

An industry leading Pressure & Precision Equipment manufacturer in West Yorkshire are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. This company design bespoke systems for heavy engineering related industries and are undergoing huge growth due to new international projects. Joining a multi-skilled engineering team, youll play a key role in the design and development of complex mechanical and pressure-related systems for demanding environments.

This is a full life-cycle position involving concept generation, prototyping, hand calculations, component selection, GA drawings and BOMs, testing, and supporting your designs through to manufacture. As this is a Senior role, youll help to oversee and support the Mechanical Engineering function, whilst reporting directly to the Design Office Manager & Technical Director. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements: HNC/D or Degree Qualified in Mechanical Engineering CAD Solidworks, AutoCAD (desirable)
