Practice Manager

IPS Finance is working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking accountancy practice based in Keighley. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the administrative operations, support the team, and help shape the systems that keep the office running smoothly.

This is a key senior management position, ideal for someone who thrives on creating order, improving processes, and bringing people together. You will be the vital link between the account managers, payroll and VAT teams, and the Directors — ensuring efficiency, clarity, and consistency.

• Oversee day-to-day practice administration and office management
• Develop, implement, and maintain office systems and procedures
• Ensure all employees adhere to established processes
• Support managers and team leads across accounts, payroll and VAT
• Maintain high standards of client confidentiality and data handling
• Manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities with confidence and tact
• Champion a positive, organised and professional working environment

• Strong leadership skills and a confident, approachable personality
• System focussed approach
• Excellent people skills
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements and regulations relating to financial information
• A background in a professional services company such as accountancy, law, insurance, estate agency
• A proactive mindset with the ability to design and improve systems from scratch

• Salary: £48,000+ (dependent on experience)
• 25 days' holiday, plus statutory bank holidays
