Keighley site.

This is an excellent opportunity fora finance professional who enjoys combining strategic financial leadership with hands-on involvement in theday-to-dayrunning of the finance function.

Reporting tosenior leadership, youwill take ownership of the company'sfinancial management, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and providing valuable commercialinsightto support business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts
• Preparing financial reports, KPIs and performance analysis for senior management
• Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Monitoring business performance against budgets and forecasts, providing analysis and recommendations
• Managing cash flow, fixed assets and debtor performance
• Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting andtax obligations, working alongside external advisers
• Building strong relationships with external stakeholders including accountants,banks and insurers
