Meridian Business Support are working with a well-regarded care provider to recruit a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a nursing home in Keighley (BD20).

This Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role is ideal for an experienced nurse who is looking to work in an established nursing home environment with a focus on quality, delivering person-centred care while supporting and guiding care teams.

The role: As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring residents receive safe, effective care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and overseeing person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Leading care planning, reviews and risk assessments in collaboration with residents and families
• Managing medication in line with NMC and CQC requirements
• Maintaining accurate and compliant care records
• Leading and supporting Care Assistants to ensure high standards of delivery
• Working closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care

This Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) position offers a balance of clinical responsibility and team leadership within a supportive care home environment.
Skills and experience To be successful in this Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role, you will need:

• Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN
• Minimum of 5 years post-registration nursing experience within the UK
• Previous experience working in a nursing home setting
• Strong communication skills and a structured, compassionate approach to care
