Site Manager
Black hillock, Keith Scotland
Hours:
50 hours per week (10 hours per day, Monday-Friday)
£400 - £500 per day Outside of IR35
OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support Upgrade project at Black hillock.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced construction professional with a strong background in HV substation projects. The successful candidate will take responsibility for site management activities, ensuring safe and efficient delivery while maintaining quality, programme and budget requirements.
Essential Requirements- Extensive experience working on HV substation projects.
- Previous experience as a Site Manager or Principal Contractor Representative.
- Strong understanding of construction site management and contractor coordination.
- CSCS Card.
- SMSTS qualification.
- C1 qualification/certification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage programme, cost and quality requirements.
