Commis Chef

William Grant & Sons are recruiting for a Commis Chef at the Dufftown site to support the Head Chef and hospitality team in preparing and delivering high-quality catering for internal and external customers.

The Commis Chef will support the Head Chef with planning, preparation and delivery of food service for a range of events. Working closely with the front‑of‑house restaurant team, the role ensures delivery of quality service in accordance with the Visitor Centre’s Canon standards.

• Previous experience as a Commis or Senior Commis Chef in a busy, high‑quality catering establishment.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and keeping calm.

• Passion for continual improvement and the ability to identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Clear understanding of food safety systems, documentation and legislation.

• Possession of an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
