We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Castlebay. As the face of our store,you’llplay a key role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the day-to-day running of our petrol filling station and convenience store.

• Delivering friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till .
• Replenishing stock and maintaining high store presentation standards.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of both the forecourt and store.
• Contributing to a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for customers and colleagues.

• A passion for customer service and helping people.
• A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team .
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements.
