30th June 2026 - 20th October 2026 (potential for extension or permanent role)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Stores Coordinator to join our team in Buckie. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role requiring strong organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining high health & safety standards.

84 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts, 7 days on / 7 days off rotation.

• Picking and issuing stock and materials
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating forklifts and cranes safely
• Managing warehouse storage areas
• Conducting stock rotation and stock checks
• Packing and dispatching goods
• Using SAP or warehouse management systems for inventory control
• Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
• Completing delivery records and documentation

• Previous experience in warehouse, stores, or materials control
• Forklift Truck (FLT) experience or licence (preferred)
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Basic IT skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP or similar systems)
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• Comfortable working long shifts and rotational patterns
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
