• Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills
• Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence
• Conduct therapeutic activities and foster motivation
• Document patient progress accurately and on time

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates effective problem‑solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being
