What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer‑centric mindset.
- Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.
- Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
- Leverage omni‑channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
- 1–3 years of retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and be driven by metrics to deliver results.
- Agreeable to work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with retail technology and systems.
- Previous involvement in community engagement activities.
