Bookkeeper

A growing manufacturing company in the Keller area is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of the numbers, and can help ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain the general ledger and record journal entries.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant account statements.
• Manage customer invoicing and collections activities.
• Process employee expense reports and reimbursements.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including cash flow summaries and account reconciliations.
• Support inventory accounting and assist with inventory adjustments.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Coordinate with external CPA firm for tax filings and annual financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Assist leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
