Job Overview

5 days a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month

• Meet and exceed company revenue goals and KPIs.
• Direct, implement, and maintain guest experience and service standards; ensure efficient and professional guest check‑in, friendly and educated team members, comfortable and clean procedure rooms and lobby, and resolve guest problems and complaints as needed.
• Develop, implement, and maintain programs/processes to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure front office operations are efficient and profitable.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively promote and recognize performance, identify problem areas, and take corrective actions.
• Develop team and hold accountable to the achievement of product and service sales and profitability goals.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports and correspondence as needed; respond to corporate requests.
• Submit schedule and staff hours to Regional Director for approval to ensure proper payroll management and adequate center coverage.
• Establish, modify, implement, and monitor systems and procedures to enhance timely and efficient workflow.
• Ensure center operations are maintained through appropriate planning and implementation of operation processes including ordering supplies, inventory, security system, overall cleanliness, equipment maintenance and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Schedule education trainings and workshops with vendors and clinical operations, as needed, to provide staff with continuing education.
• Utilize marketing tools to generate new business and host successful events.
• Be aware of and comply with all federal, state and local labor and employment laws applicable to employees at the center including licensure of Estheticians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and Registered Nurses.

• College degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Center Manager, Store Manager or similar role.
• Minimum 2 years experience in leadership.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar (Preferred).
