Join the vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Assistant Preschool Teacher/Floater! This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children's lives while supporting our dedicated educators in a nurturing environment.

Needing Hours 10 am-6 pm or 10:30 am - 6:30 pm

• Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and interact with children during playtime and learning sessions.
• Support classroom management and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Help with meal and snack preparation, ensuring nutrition and safety.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Adapt to various classrooms and age groups as needed throughout the day.
• Assist in documenting children's progress and daily activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing environments.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
