Our Field Team is made up of Coaches and Guides who create inclusive in‑person communities at our Studio locations. They inspire members to develop healthy habits by teaching balanced eating, movement, better sleep, and mindset shifts while fostering community and belonging.

• Deliver an exceptional studio experience by creating a welcoming environment, checking members in, enrolling new members, and processing them in the system.
• Build strong connections in the community by partnering with on‑brand partners, attracting new members, and promoting brand awareness at internal and external events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship building and providing members the support, tools, or products they need to be successful.
• Ensure guidelines are followed for each workshop and maintain the studio, including stocking shelves with products.

• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent at active listening to provide members with assistance.
• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part‑time schedule.

Base salary may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.

$15 – $18 USD per hour.
