Handyman Connection Grapevine has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. Our customers love us! We have over 50% repeat/referral customer base and are seeking additional office support for our growing business. Handyman Connection of - Grapevine is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement Company dedicated to excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

• Base salary starts at $31,200 plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses against set metrics.
• Work during traditional business hours with some flexibility – no nights or weekends!

• Strong telephone and written communication skills
• Dedication to excellent customer service
• Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
• Prescreening of craftsman applications, preparation of paperwork for interviews and onboarding
• Office administration
• Able to manage small business details while working independently
• Manage time and responsibilities – scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
• Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills – especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Prior experience and working knowledge of CRM software preferred
• Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling a plus
• Experience working in a Customer Service Role or Telemarketing Role preferred
• Confident in selling over the phone
• Experience handling customer payments – some Quick Books experience preferred
