Dental experience not necessary
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with potential patients to discuss a multitude of dental implant procedures focusing on dental implant treatment
- Assisting potential patients in the decision‑making process
- Schedule and manage dental implant consultations
- Create and present Dental Implant Treatment Plans while navigating various insurance benefits.
Multi-company financing options for patients - Apply patients to multiple dental financing companies
- Schedule surgery for the patient and coordinate withцам and surgeon’s schedule imati
- Ensure all medical clearances for surgery are received prior to the patient’s scheduled surgery date
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current implant patients, ensuring a smooth transition between consultation and treatment
- Maintain records of treatment and completed transactions
- Manage follow‑up by reaching out to potential patients who have delayed treatment
- Make outbound calls to potential new patients gathered from SEO, print, TV and other lead generationissants (warm calling)
- Operate advancederto imaging machinery such as a CBCT (training would be provided)
- Be involved with implant marketing and overall branding of the practice
- Occasional travel for training purposes may be required
Qualifications:
- Elite sales and negotiation skills (3–5 years) – customer‑facing sales preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Advanced understanding of financing – no fear talking about big numbers to patients
- Demonstrated computer literacy and comfort with standard office software (Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
- Strong communication and rapport‑building skills
- Elite listening and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated
- Outgoing and confident
- Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients
- Team player
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- Professional dress and appearance required
This position may be required to meet the demands and be cross‑trained in other positions.
