Currently looking for coverage on Mondays and Tuesdays , possibly also looking for a full-time hygienist (or additional part-timers).
Ideal Candidate:Professional but approachable, good with kids and adults, good at explaining procedures to patients, great clinical skills, team player
Message from the office:We are looking not only for the right skill-set but also for a great personality fit. Our office is highly focused on the patient experience, and we go above and beyond to set apart from other offices in the area. Customer service skills are just as important as your background in the dental field. We are working to build long-term relationships with our patients, and we therefore want to look at their needs and develop action plans to meet their goals.
We are not interested in pushing services or meeting quotas. As a private practice, we are looking for a hygienist who shares this mindset.
Basic Skills:
Use of intra-oral camera, Charting, Instrument sterilization, Basic, restorative tray set-ups
Routine Scaling, Deep Scaling curette Ultrasonic, Perio probing and charting:
Manual computer psr, Patient education, Explaining treatment needs (operative, surgical, etc.), New patient exam charting
