Your Role:
Primary Care Physician Assistant

You will provide exceptional care across all life spans, assessing, diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while collaborating closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough physical exams and health assessments for pediatric patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring precision in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, always considering safety, efficacy, and patient well‑being.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans in partnership with supervising physicians.
• Provide valuable patient and family education on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventative health measures.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with patients and their families, becoming a trusted healthcare provider and advocate.

Qualifications

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years as a Physician Assistant.
• Certifications:
  
  Current PA certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Licensing:
  Current Texas PA license (or ability to obtain one).
• CPR/BLS:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
