• Engage with local families and businesses to discuss their unique insurance needs and protection gaps.
• Explain complex policy details clearly so that clients understand exactly how their coverage works.
• Manage incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to help our current clients review their insurance portfolios.
• Develop and grow a client base by building authentic relationships throughout the Keller area.
• Provide accurate quotes and assist clients in making informed decisions about their home, auto, and life insurance.
• Work closely with the rest of the office to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

• Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license.
• Fluent verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong comfort level with computer systems and insurance rating software.
• Previous experience working in a customer-focused or sales role.
• Reliable transportation and a consistent, punctual work ethic.
• Experience with Farmers Insurance products is a helpful bonus.
