Engage with local families and businesses to discuss their unique insurance needs and protection gaps.
Explain complex policy details clearly so that clients understand exactly how their coverage works.
Manage incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to help our current clients review their insurance portfolios.
Develop and grow a client base by building authentic relationships throughout the Keller area.
Provide accurate quotes and assist clients in making informed decisions about their home, auto, and life insurance.
Work closely with the rest of the office to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
RequirementsActive Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license.
Fluent verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Strong comfort level with computer systems and insurance rating software.
Previous experience working in a customer-focused or sales role.
Reliable transportation and a consistent, punctual work ethic.
Experience with Farmers Insurance products is a helpful bonus.
