The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

What we’re looking for

Passionate for Patient Care Nurse that is dedicated to support the team to provide the best care possible.

  • Education:

    Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Experience:

    Minimum one year in experience in Wound Care, Ostomy/continence required.
  • License:
    Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Certifications:

    CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Wound Care Certification and CRRN preferred
Essential Functions & Additional Information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.

Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
