Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care
Location:
Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller (Lifepoint Health®)
Shift: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Ensure highest standards of safety and quality.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Minimum one year of experience in Wound Care, Ostomy/continence.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Wound Care Certification and CRRN preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail in clinical documentation.

Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller is a state‑of‑the‑art, 36‑bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injury or illness.
