, we’re continuing to grow—and we’re looking for a highly detail-oriented technician to join our quality team.

We are hiring a Quality Control Technician to ensure all repaired endoscopes meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and workmanship before returning to our customers. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to accuracy
.

No prior endoscopy experience is required—
we will train you in all QC procedures, testing equipment, inspection criteria, and quality practices.

• Perform detailed visual, functional, and technical inspections on flexible endoscopes and ultrasound endoscopes.
• Verify repairs meet internal specifications, OEM quality benchmarks, and quality standards.
• Document inspection findings, deviations, and final approvals using company systems and checklists.
• Work closely with repair technicians to communicate quality issues and ensure proper corrective actions.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safety-focused QC workspace.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QC and operations teams.

• Experience in quality control, inspection, or similar roles (preferred but not required)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Comfort working with small components, precision tools, and documentation
• Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
