The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker role supports operations and sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers, stocking shelves, and delivering customer service on the front lines of the deli department. You’ll help keep products ready for our members and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

• Maintain safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle and dispose of hazardous materials properly, and report unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area per Company policies, including receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, and completing required documentation.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas, including food handling, equipment operation/maintenance, cold chain procedures, cleaning, monitoring equipment, and reporting issues.

• Ensure high-quality products are available for Members and that shelves are clean and properly labeled.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
