Showing Partner - Licensed Texas Realtors

Income potential $75,000+ (base salary + commission)

The Charlie Brown Realty Group is hiring a Showing Partner to work alongside our Realtors on their buyer business. This is a full-time, in-office role — not remote, not a side hustle.

• Show homes for our Realtors' buyers and keep clients moving toward the closing table
• Set appointments from Realtor databases
• Preview inventory, connect with FSBOs, door-knock around open houses, and build builder relationships
• Keep every client interaction current in our CRM (Brivity)

• 10:00–6:00 in the winter, 11:00–7:00 in the summer
• Sundays and Tuesdays off
• Daily huddles and a Monday buyer meeting with the team
• In our Fort Worth/Alliance office when you're not out showing

A monthly base salary, plus four ways to earn commission:

• Showing buyers for our Realtors
• Appointments you set from a Realtor's database
• Open houses
• Referrals from your own sphere

Plus a bonus when you grow an existing client into additional business. Total income potential is $75,000+.

• Active Texas real estate license — required to apply.Applications without one won't be considered.
• MLS membership, Supra access, and current association dues
• Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance
• Available for showings, inspections, and the in-person parts of a transaction

Three closings a month and at least one open house. Clear targets, so you always know where you stand.

You'll learn this business next to producing Realtors instead of figuring it out alone — with a base salary underneath you while you build. For the right person, this is a direct path into full-time production.
