Studio Coach Support – Longmont, CO

Join Weight Watchers’ global digital health company as a Studio Coach in Longmont, CO. We deliver in‑person community experiences that help members achieve lasting health.

• Deliver an exceptional studio experience: welcome members, manage check‑ins, enroll new members and process them in the system.
• Build community connections: partner with local organizations, attract new members and enhance brand awareness at community events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention: build relationships, provide support, tools and products to help members succeed.

• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent active listening skills to assist members.
• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part‑time schedule.

Base salary $15–$18 USD per hour. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
