Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support our facility in Kellogg. In this role, you'll provide essential therapy services, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. This position offers a day shift schedule, guaranteed 40 hours weekly, and an attractive rate of up to $1,950 per week based on experience.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) experience
• Proficiency in providing therapy interventions according to patient needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) settings; flexibility on this requirement
• Positive personality with a collaborative approach
• Familiarity with rehabilitation software and documentation

Preferred Education and Experience

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in Idaho or the ability to obtain
• At least 6 months of LTC experience preferred, but candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements

• No floating staffing responsibilities
• No on-call or callback duties
• Ability to commit to the schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• No opportunity for overtime; however, 40 hours are guaranteed each week
• No housing provided; local candidates preferred or those willing to commute
